About the project
What this project is
10,000 ISA Brown birds are placed at test in third gate, Ogun State, and run through a full cycle: grow-out, caging, production, and finally the sale of the flock.
Every bird placed, every bag of feed and every crate sold is recorded against this project. Those records are what the financial periods and your distributions are calculated from — not an estimate or a projection.
Capital deployment
Where the capital goes
How the project target is applied on the farm.
Cages, housing and fixed equipment are not on this list and are not funded from investor capital. They outlive the cycle and are used again by the flocks that follow, so charging them to one cycle would mean this cycle’s investors paid for an asset the next cycle uses. The operator provides them. What is raised here buys the birds, the feed that takes them to lay, their health programme and the labour of the grow-out — the costs this cycle actually consumes.
Investment structure
How your participation is calculated
Your capital divided by the project capital. That percentage is what every distribution on this project is calculated against.
Project capital is ₦30,000,000. Your participation is your capital divided by that figure, fixed when your investment is confirmed.
Your participation
10.00%
₦3,000,000 ÷ ₦30,000,000
About 1,000 birds of the 10,000-bird flock. Each square is 100 birds.
Capital comes back first
Until the capital committed to this project has been returned to investors, 100% of net operating profit goes to investors — neither the farm nor this platform takes a share of it. Only once investors are whole does the ordinary split begin: 50% to investors, 35% to the farm, 15% to the platform. If the months of production do not return the whole of it, the shortfall comes out of the flock sale before anybody else shares in that either.
This is an ordering, not a guarantee. It decides who is paid first out of whatever the project makes — it does not promise the project will make enough. A cycle that earns little returns little, and a cycle that loses money returns nothing that month.
